Hey.....do these and you won't just keep up your fitness, but you will actually improve. Most people go down hill or lose some of their progress when traveling (which is ok once in a while), but let's see if we can avoid that.
Do one of these a day...maybe 2 or 3. Just work. Do them In an open space, hotel weight room, on the beach...wherever!
