Starts, Turns and Assisted Speed
In this video, the players start out being resisted by the VertiMax Raptors, to work on powerful starts and the strength in their first 5-6 strides. Once they turn, the Raptor increases their speed by pulling them forward at about 7-10% greater speed generation and allows the players to get a full contrast(Post Activation Potentiation) effect. Not only do the players go faster, they get a sensation of higher end speed that they cannot produce on their own.
