BLOCK 1: MOVEMENT 1- 4 times in a row ... and then DO the YOGA BLOCK for 5-6 minutes.
You are going to do the MOVEMENT 1 Block 4 times in a row- NO BREAK in between! This 'Warm Up' is a critical part of our system. You must know all of these movements cold, so we are going to reinforce them today.
As soon as you complete the 4 X of the MOVEMENT 1 Block, you will do the YOGA BLOCK one time through. Spend about 5-6 minutes on this and just recovering.
