OA CLIENTS ONLY - PRIVATE ACCESS - VACATION WORKOUTS

Hey.....do these and you won't just keep up your fitness, but you will actually improve.  Most people go down hill or lose some of their progress when traveling (which is ok once in a while), but let's see if we can avoid that.

Do one of these a day...maybe 2 or 3.   Just work.  Do them In an open space, hotel weight room, on the beach...wherever!

We have our "Warm Up", aka MOVEMENT 1.  And after that, some great Training Sessions(workouts) for you to choose from.

Look them over, preview them and then go for it!

WARM UP / MOVEMENT 1 - Can be done anywhere, even on the beach or on a boat!
 no equipment needed but a couple of chairs would be ideal.  if no chairs, it all still works beautifully.


TABATA - NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!  This is TOUGH! .....and....
​*YES, you can do this on the BEACH*.  The sand will make this even better!
