WELCOME TO THE SOCCER SPEED ACADEMY
Below are your daily workouts (MONDAY- SUNDAY). Complete the workout for each day at a minimum of one time. IF you are feeling strong or have extra time, you have the option to:
1) Repeat the same workout again.
2) Do a different days workout that you may have done previously or seems important for you to do. You still must do each and every workout on the day it is scheduled for you- that does NOT change!
