This is the first Academy of its kind; to greatly improve your speed on the pitch and in any possible situation. This is a daily immersion into finding out exactly what moves the needle for you! Exactly what drills, exercises, form work or anything else will make people wonder what have you been doing! The program consists of IN PERSON TRAINING at Operation Athlete PLUS a DAILY HOME TRAINING routine. The home training part is only 15 minutes long, but will fundamentally change how you run. The SOCCER SPEED ACADEMY starts November 11th and runs through December 31st, 2024.
