WEEK 1 - Let's really get this program started right by just building a habit of training on our own. I KNOW you can train at OA and in front of a trainer, but the discipline to do the right things, workouts and intense exercise on your own is the new FLEX. It will be the separator and it will transform you.
THERE ARE 2 BLOCK'S below. A BLOCK is basically a workout but more specific and targeted in detail and purpose. I want you to do both of these BLOCKS, each of the 3 days if possible. You must do at least 1 of them. If it is possible, I strongly prefer you separate when you do them. Ideally, you would do one of them, then have at least a 3-4 hour space between them. It could be longer or shorter but 3-4 HOUR MINIMUM WILL NOT ONLY HAVE YOU BETTER REVCOVERED, but you will start getting used to little 'workouts' multiple times a day.
